摘要
目的研究本体感觉结合肌内效贴对慢性踝关节不稳患者康复的作用。方法选择2015年6月至2016年6月陕西康复医院康复科83例慢性踝关节不稳患者为观察对象,采用数字表随机法分为两组,对照组41例给予肌内效贴治疗,5贴为一个疗程,共治疗4个疗程。观察组42例在对照组基础上结合本体感觉训练,时间为3周。比较两组患者治疗前后的疼痛、平衡、AOFAS踝-后足功能评分。结果观察组治疗后VAS评分明显低于对照组[(1.61±0.39)分vs(3.08±0.46)分],AOFAS踝-后足功能评分高于对照组[(85.42±17.29)分vs(63.18±14.63)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后踝关节左右平衡指数、前后平衡指数和总平衡指数分别为(0.25±0.07)、(0.31±0.08)、(0.56±0.15),均低于对照组的(0.44±0.09)、(0.54±0.13)、(0.98±0.22),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本体感觉结合肌内效贴对慢性踝关节不稳患者康复具有显著的促进作用。
Objective To study the effect of proprioception combined with kinesiology tape on rehabilitation of patients with chronic ankle instability. Methods A to tal of 83 patients with chronic ankle instability in Department of Rehabilitation in Shaanxi Rehabilitation Hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the subjiects. Accroding to the rand om number table, they were divided into two groups： control group（n=41）, and observation group（n=42）.The control group was given kinesiology tape treatment, five sticks for 1 course, with a to tal of 4 courses. The observation group was given proprioception training on the basis of control group, for 3 weeks. The patients of pain, balance,American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society（AOFAS） ankle-hindfoot score between the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results VAS score after treatment in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（1.61±0.39） vs （3.08±0.46）, and the AOFAS ankle-hindfoot score was significantly higher than that in the control group（85.42 ± 17.29） vs （63.18 ± 14.63）, P〈0.05. After treatment, the left-right stability index（LRSI）, forward-backward stability index（FBSI）, and the to tal stability index（TSI） of ankle joint in observation group were respectively（0.25±0.07）,（0.31±0.08）,（0.56±0.15）, which were significantly lower than（0.44±0.09）,（0.54±0.13）,（0.98±0.22）in control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Proprioception combined with kinesiology tape has significant role in promoting the rehabilitation of patients with chronic ankle instability.
