摘要
按照《信息公开条例》及《医疗卫生服务单位信息公开管理办法(试行)》的规定,医疗卫生机构逐步开展该单位的信息公开工作。各医院的做法尚不规范、成熟,实践中逐步出现因信息公开产生纠纷及诉讼的情况。该文以医院开展信息公开工作的法规依据及目前的运行情况为基础,总结目前医院信息公开工作存在的挑战和若干适用法律的难点,提出医院信息公开工作开展的建议。
In accordance with the provisions of ＂Information Disclosure Ordinance＂ and ＂Medical and Health Service Units Information Disclosure Management Approach（Trial）＂, medical and health institutions gradually carry out the work of the public information disclosure. The practice of the hospital is not standardized, mature, disputes and litigation situation gradual comes out due to the practice of the information disclosure.This paper based on the legal basis and the current operation of the information disclosure work of the hospital, the author summarizes the existing challenges of hospital information disclosure and the difficulties of applying the law, and puts forward the suggestions on the work of hospital information disclosure.
