阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者血脂水平及心功能的影响

摘要 目的探讨阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者血脂水平及心功能的影响。方法选择2014年9月至2016年7月医院收治的冠心病患者88例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各44例。对照组在常规治疗基础上加服曲美他嗪,试验组在对照组用药基础上加服阿托伐他汀进行辅助治疗。评价两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,对照组低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)及总胆固醇(TC)水平均高于试验组,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)及左心射血分数(LVEF)低于试验组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者治疗的效果明显,可有效调节患者血脂水平,增强心功能。
