护理研究生基于双系统模型临床推理能力培训课程的设计与应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨基于双系统模型的临床推理能力培训课程的设计及应用效果。方法由5名具有丰富教学培训经验的教师组成"双系统模型"教学小组,通过分析系统培训、直觉系统培训、综合情景模拟和临床实践4个阶段对我院20名护理研究生开展临床推理能力培训。以批判性思维能力量表和自制教学满意度调查表对培训前后的教学效果进行评价。结果培训后护理研究生在评判性思维能力量表总分及寻找真相、分析能力、系统化能力、思维自信心、求知欲和认识成熟度6个维度明显高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);学生对培训课程的组织安排、设施环境、内容安排、时间安排、实用性、掌握程度和能力提升7个方面满意率为75%~100%,整体教学满意度较高。结论基于双系统模型的临床推理能力培训课程有利于提高护理研究生的评判性思维能力,提升教学满意度。 Objective To investigate the effect of clinical reasoning training course based on dual-process model for nursing postgraduates. Methods Dual-process model teaching group including 5 experienced teachers was established then 20 nursing postgraduates received clinical reasoning training including analytic systematic training, intuition system training, comprehensive scenario simulation and clinical practice. CTDI-CV and self-made teaching satisfaction scale were used to evaluate the training effects. Results After training,nursing postgraduates' total score of CTDI-CV and the score of its 6 dimensions were significantly improved and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05); students' satisfaction rate of the training course ranged from 75% to100% and most students were satisfied with the teaching. Conclusion Based on dual-process model, clinical reasoning course is beneficial to improving nursing postgraduates ' critical thinking ability and their satisfaction with the teaching.
