摘要
依据液晶相控阵波控方式的基本原理,对影响液晶相控阵扫描精度的因素进行分析,针对三种典型的影响因素进行了理论仿真分析,并通过实验测量液晶相控偏转精度,能够优于2μrad量级。
According to the basic principle of liquid crystal phased array beam steering mode, the influence onthe steering precision of the liquid crystal phased array is analyzed. Precision on steering angle of liquid crystal opti-cal array has been theoretically analyzed on the relative three main reasons. Meanwhile, experimental research hasalso been finished to obtain encouraging result indicates that precision is better than 2 μrad.
