摘要
为了实现中医现代化,根据55年中医临床治疗癌症的经验,结合三辨治癌的临床应用病例,将中医学与人工智能的最新进展相结合,开发参西衷中三辨论治人工智能开方专家系统.该系统利用计算机的分治法、回溯法、深度算法等,形成"三辨会诊"模块,模拟处方思路.结果表明,三辨论治理论框架适合于目前的人工智能系统,可以有效地为临床医生提供咨询、经验、研究成果和各种最新信息,最终提出供医生参考的处方组合的最优解.
In order to realize the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine,combining with the clinical application cases in the three differentiation cancer treatment mode,the author integrates the latest development of traditional Chinese medicine and artificial intelligence,and proposes an artificial intelligence prescribing expert system under the guidance of three differentiation theory integrating Chinese and western medicine according to fifty-five years of clinical experience in curing cancer with Chinese medicine.The system based on divide-and-conquer method,backtracking and depth algorithm forms modules of″three differentiation consultation″can simulate doctor prescribing.The result indicates that the theoretic framework of three differentiation is suitable for the artificial intelligence system and can provide clinicians with consultation,experience,research results and different kinds of latest information,ultimately puts forward optimal solutions of prescription combination for doctor′s reference.
