摘要
以电子商务专业为例,研究了提升学生综合素质和就业能力为目标的创业教育模式。通过从教学定位、创业教育能力体系设计、创业实战模式、校企合作等方面对原有创业教育体系进行完善改革,突出创业教育的就业服务效能,将有效解决目前就业面临的综合素质待提升、岗位意向不清、缺乏实践能力、专业知识应用能力不强等典型问题,更好的发挥创业教育对于大学人才培养作用。
Taking e-commerce specialty as an example,this paper studies the entrepreneurial education model which aims at improving students＇ comprehensive quality and employability.Through the teaching orientation,entrepreneurial education ability system design,entrepreneurial combat mode,school-enterprise cooperation and other aspects of the original entrepreneurial education system to improve the reform,highlighting the entrepreneurial education employment service effectiveness,will effectively solve the current employment is facing the overall quality to be improved,job intention is unclear,lack of practical ability,professional knowledge application ability is not strong and other typical problems,better play entrepreneurial education for the role of university personnel training.
