摘要
重现衡阳工业辉煌是当前衡阳发展的重要目标之一,也是衡阳"十三五"规划目标之一。但当前衡阳工业的发展虽然与过去相比有了很大提升,但要实现工业辉煌必须弘扬和培育精益求精的工匠精神。因为科学的决策需要工匠精神,高效廉洁的政府服务需要工匠精神,实现企业的转型升级,增品种、提品质、创品牌需要工匠精神。
It is one of the important goals of Hengyang and also one of the objectives of Hengyang＇s ＂13th Five-Year Plan＂ to realize Hengyang＇s industrial glory. However, although the development of Hengyang industry has been greatly improved by comparing with the past, to achieve industrial glory, it must promote and cultivate the spirit of excellence craftsmen. Because the scientific decision-making requires the spirit of craftsmen, efficient and honest government services need the spirit of craftsmen, and to achieve the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, increase varieties, improve quality and develop new brands needs the spirit of craftsmen.
