摘要
针对传统阶次跟踪方法应用范围的局限性,提出一种新型阶次计算方法—阶次自相关跟踪算法。该算法改变了传统阶次跟踪方法的转速信号采集方式、故障信号获取方式及角域重采样方式,从而使蕴藏于转速变化规律中的故障信息得以凸显。该方法仅凭旋转部件转速信号便可实现故障诊断,可与传统阶次跟踪法相结合,拓展阶次跟踪技术应用范围。对不同形式的故障信号进行仿真分析,结果表明阶次自相关跟踪计算结果准确可靠,在旋转机械故障诊断领域有一定应用价值。
A new order tracking method-order autocorrelation tracking algorithm is proposed in order to solve limitationsthat exist in the applicationscope of traditional order tracking technique. Processes including the way to acquire rotating speed signal, the way to gain fault information and the way to re-sample angle domain are modified, which make the fault information inherent in rotating speed variation rule prominent. The method can fulfill the goal of fault diagnosis only by using rotating speed signal of rotating machinery and expand the application scope of order tracking technique by the combination with traditional method. Different forms of fault signal are used to simulate and analyze. Signal simulations show that, the calculation result of order autocorrelation tracking algorithm isaccurate and reliable. Certain application value will be provided to the field of rotating machinery for fault diagnosis.
