切顶卸压沿空留巷顶板破坏机理及控制技术 被引量:41

摘要 为解决采煤工作面切顶卸压沿空留巷顶板变形破坏等问题,根据柠条塔煤矿S1201工作面实行切顶卸压沿空留巷过程中矿山压力显现规律,建立顶板切缝力学模型,对该矿厚煤层切顶卸压巷道裂隙发育机理及影响因素进行了研究,提出了将巷道划分超前支护区、动压影响区和成巷稳定区以及裂隙发育判据条件。研究结果表明:裂隙发育主要集中在动压影响区;从控制基本顶动压、顶板支护强度和采空区帮侧向压力等方面考虑,采取了增大临时支护距离、加强主动支护强度和优化顶板切缝参数的针对性控制措施,根据现场监测结果巷道中部顶底板移近量由320 mm减至200 mm,且裂隙区内裂隙不再扩展,顶板稳定性控制效果良好。 In order to solve the problems of roof deformation and cracks in roadway by roof cutting and pressure releasing in Ningtiaota Coal Mine,by establishing a roof cutting mechanical model,the mechanism of roof failure and the main influence factor when by roof cutting and pressure releasing were studied in the paper,the roadway of by roof cutting and pressure releasing were classified into three regions,the criterion condition of fissure development were also proposed in the paper.The results showed that the development of cracks was main concentrated in area with dynamic pressure.Based on the above results,corresponding measures were proposed from the aspects of controlling dynamic pressure,improving roof supporting intensity and the optimization of roof kerf parameters.The in-situ monitoring results showed that,in the middle of the roadway,the quantity of the roof and floor movement was reduced from 320 mm to 200 mm,and the cracks in the fracture area were no longer expanded,the roof stability control effect was good.
