摘要
现阶段,受人为因素和自然环境等的影响,我国水资源生态环境处于相对脆弱的时期,水资源保护和生态平衡的保护刻不容缓。本文概括了水资源生态环境保护目标,并指出了水资源生态环境保护存在的问题,如水源涵养和草原生态系统保护、水资源开发和水环境保护、大坝建设和水资源生态环境保护等问题,最后阐述了解决措施,希望能够为我国水资源生态环境保护提供一定帮助。
At this stage, influenced by human factors and natural environment, the ecological environment of water resources in our country is in a relatively fragile period. The protection of water resources and the protection of ecological balance are urgent. This paper summarizes the ecological and environmental protection objectives of water resources, and points out the existing water resources ecological and environmental protection problems, such as water conservation and grassland ecosystem protection, water resources development and water environment protection, dam construction and water resources ecological and environmental protection problems, finally expounds the measures, hoping to provide some help for the water resources the ecological environment protection in china.
