摘要 多发性骨髓瘤(MM)是以克隆性恶性浆细胞(骨髓瘤细胞)在骨髓中异常增殖,并伴有单克隆免疫球蛋白(即M蛋白)增多为特征的疾病。由于MM发病率逐年增高,临床表现多种多样,故早期对MM的诊断、后期治疗及预后具有重要意义。血清蛋白电泳是分离蛋白质的最简单有效的方法,具有图谱、区带清晰,分辨率高,重复性好的特点,目前已成为诊断MM首选试验。研究血清蛋白电泳在MM的应用,能为MM的初步免疫分型、诊断和疗效观察提供一定的参考和帮助。 Multiple myeloma(MM) is a disease characterized by abnormal proliferation of clonal malignant plasma cells (myeloma cells) in the bone marrow and associated with increased monoclonal immunoglobulin( ie, M protein). As the incidence of MM has been increasing year by year, the clinical manifestations are diversff. So the early diagnosis of MM is of great significance to the post-treatment and prognosis. Serum protein electrophoresis is the most simple and effective method to isolate protein with the advantages of clear atlas, clear band, high resolution and good repeatability. It is currently the first choice for the diagnosis of MM. To study the application of serum protein electrophoresis in MM can provide some reference and help to the preliminary immunological classification, diagnosis and curative effect observation of MM.
