摘要
血管内皮细胞作为组织与血液间的第一道屏障,其结构的完整性在参与体液交换、白细胞渗出等生理过程,以及在保障血管内皮正常屏障等功能中均具有重要作用,而这些功能得以发挥,在很大程度上亦依赖于血管内皮细胞间的连接。血管内皮钙黏蛋白作为血管内皮细胞黏附连接的特异性结构蛋白,其在正常血管发生、形成、维持稳态、细胞内的信号转导等方面发挥重要作用,且与动脉粥样硬化、高血压、糖尿病、肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病等的发生、发展密切相关。
Vascular endothelial cells as the first barrier between tissue and blood, their structural integrity has an important role in the participation of body fluid exchange,leukocyte exudation and other physiological processes, and in the normal barrier protection of vascular endothelium. The above functions are dependent on the vascular endothelial cell connections to a large extent. Vascular endothelial cell cadherin, as a specific structural protein attached to vascular endothelial cells,plays an important role in the genesis, formation, maintenance of homeostasis and intracellular signal transduction, and is closely associated with the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis,hypertension,diabetes, cancer,and autoimmune diseases.
