摘要
高同型半胱氨酸血症(HHcy)是心血管疾病的一个重要且独立的危险因素。自噬在心血管疾病的病理生理进程中也扮演着重要的角色,自噬异常会影响心血管功能。探讨自噬与HHcy在心血管疾病中的相互作用具有重要意义。HHcy致心血管疾病的机制、自噬与心血管疾病的关系现已较为明确。研究者根据HHcy对细胞活性状态的影响及细胞状态对自噬的影响,间接推测出在HHcy初期激活自噬可以保护心肌细胞,在HHcy后期过度的自噬加重心肌细胞的损伤。
Hyperhomocysteinemia(HHcy) is an independent risk factor of cardiovascular disease, and autophagy can affect cardiovascular function, and plays an important role in the pathophysiology of cardiovascular diseases. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the interaction between the autophagy and HHcy. The mechanisms for HHcy leading to cardiovascular disease and the relationship between autophagy and cardiovascular disease is almost clear. So we can indirectly speculate that in the early stages of HHcy, autophagy will protect myocardial cells,while in the later stages, excessive autophagy will damage cells ,according to the HHcy influence on the cell's active status and the cell's status influence on autophagy.
