摘要
社区居家养老是解决我国城镇老龄化人口老有所依、老有所居、老有所乐、老有所养的重要手段,目前其发展虽较快,但仍存不少问题和矛盾。本文就此探讨了有效整合各类资源、积极推进互联网+养老服务、推动政府购买居家养老服务、打造政府主导和社会参与的管理体制、建立和引入第三方评估机制、培育发展城市社区居家养老社会组织等方案。
Home care mode will become one of the main pension modes in Chinese cities and towns, and it is an important means to solve the aging population as well. At present, although community home care developed fast, there are still many problems and contradictions, this paper will give specific solutions, including the effec- tive integration of various resources, active promotion of Internet ＋ pension services, urging the government to buy homecare service, setting upmanagement system in which the government leads and the society participate, estab- lishing and introducing the mechanism of the third-party evaluation, and developing social organizations of urban community home care, etc..
