摘要
目的:探讨和研究应用中医综合护理对胆囊切除术后综合征的效果。方法:符合纳入标准的胆囊切除术后患者190例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各95例;对照组予外科常规治疗及护理;观察组在对照组基础上实施电针、耳穴、中药汤剂并配合情志护理等中医综合护理干预措施。观察和对比护理干预期间两组患者治疗效果,胆囊切除术后综合征不适症状改善时间;随访观察期内复发病例。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高达84.2%,对照组仅70.5%;观察组在大便不调(腹泻、便秘)、腹痛及腹胀改善时间各方面均明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有高度显著性(P≤0.05);同时观察组第1、2、3、6、12个月的复发率明显低于对照组;结论:应用中医综合护理干预,能显著提升胆囊切除术后综合征的治疗效果,缩短胆囊切除术不适症状的改善时间,同时可有效降低复发率。
Objective： Objective to explore and study the effect of comprehensive nursing care on patients after cholecystectomy. Methods： In accordance with the inclusion criteria after cholecystectomy in 190 patients as the research object,randomly divided into control group and observation group,95 cases in each; the control group received routine surgical treatment and nursing; the observation group in the control group on the basis of acupuncture,auricular acupuncture,traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with TCM Comprehensive nursing psychological nursing intervention measures. To observe and compare the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients during the period of nursing intervention,and to improve the symptoms of the syndrome after cholecystectomy. Results： The observation group total effective rate as high as 84. 2%,while the control group was only 70. 5%; in the observation group,the abnormal stool（ diarrhea,constipation,abdominal pain and abdominal distension） to improve all aspects of the time were significantly better than the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups（ P = 0. 05）; at the same time,the observation group first,2,3,612 months,the recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group; Conclusion： The application of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the treatment effect of cholecystectomy syndrome,shorten the time to improve the symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate.
