摘要
虫类药的应用历史悠久,是中药的重要组成部分。因其独特的作用,在皮肤科临床上被广泛应用,可用于治疗银屑病。银屑病是一种慢性炎症性复发性的临床常见疾病,以鳞片状红斑为典型皮损,属于中医学"白秓"范畴。应用虫类药治疗银屑病,多取其搜风通络、祛风解毒、活血化瘀的功效。笔者根据银屑病的"风邪"、"毒邪"、"瘀邪"的致病特点,将虫类药归为祛风类、解毒类及活血化瘀类。通过辨证论治,合理应用虫类药,可直中病处,疗效颇佳。
The application of insect drugs has a long history and is a part of traditional Chinese medicine. Because of the unique role of insect drugs,so the application of insect drugs in the treatment of diseases in the department of dermatology,psoriasis can be treated. Psoriasis is a common chronic inflammatory disease recurrence,scaly erythema is the typical symptoms of psoriasis,psoriasis in traditional Chinese medicine called ＂Baibi＂. On account of insect drugs with wind and dredging collaterals,dispel the wind and detoxification,the role of blood circulation,application of insect drugs for the treatment of psoriasis. According to the different pathogenic characteristics of psoriasis,the insect drugs for dispelling,detoxification and promoting blood circulation. Through the treatment based on syndrome differentiation,the application of insect drugs,the effect is very good.
