摘要
评述了有机EL屏制作技术问题。有机EL显示器是由几种技术综合制成的 ,例如 ,IC驱动技术、ITO前期处理及阴极形成技术等 ,介绍了全色OEL显示屏制作工艺技术。
Fabrication technologies of organic EL screen are discussed.The displays of organic EL are composed of several technologies,such as,IC driving,pretreatment of ITO electrode and cathode forming technologies and so on.Screen fabricating process of full color display,passive matrix and active matrix screen,etc.are especially described.
