摘要
淬火介质的测定器的型号是KD-CB177,测定了BW淬火介质冷却特性曲线,分析了45钢性能的影响的工艺参数。结果表明:预热温度从20℃到50℃,8%BW的T_(vp)和T_(max)的曲线是下降趋势;预热温度50℃、850℃淬火时,8%BW淬火液淬火的试样整体硬度高于32号机油淬火的硬度;在8%BW淬火后,45钢的微观组织存在部分低碳马氏体和下贝氏体以及残余奥氏体,表面组织有低碳马氏体。32号机油可以由BW淬火介质替代。
The measuring instrument type of quenching medium is KD-CB177.The cooling characteristics of BW quenching medium were measured, and the influence of process parameters on the performance of 45 steel was analyzed. The results show that the T_(vp) and T_(max) curves of 8% BW decrease from 20 ℃ to 50 ℃ at preheating temperature. When the preheating temperature is 50 ℃, and the quenching temperature is 850℃, the hardness of the 8% BW quenching sample is higher than that of the oil quenching hardness of No. 32 oil. After quenching in 8%BW, the microstructure of the 45 steel is low carbon martensite, lower bainite and retained austenite, and the surface of the steel is low carbon martensite. So the No. 32 oil can be replaced by BW quenching medium.
