摘要
由于空间限制,将某飞行器用舵机双输入行星减速器的电磁制动装置设计为一次性机械产品,并与常规电磁制动器进行了对比,用ANSYS进行电磁力仿真,对设计结果加以验证,结果表明,在达到相同性能要求的前提下,一次性电磁制动器的重量和体积相对常规的电磁制动器能有效减小,证明了在特殊场合中,一次性电磁制动器设计的有效性和一次性机械产品的实用性。
Due to the space limitation, the electromagnetic brake device of the double input planetary reducer for steering gear of an aircraft was designed as a disposable mechanical product, and was compared with the conventional electromagnetic brake. In order to validate the design result, the electromagnetic force simulation was conducted by ANSYS. The results show that, under the premise of meeting the same performance requirements, the weight and volume of the disposable electromagnetic brake can be effectively reduced compared with the conventional one. It proves the effectiveness of the design of disposable electromagnetic brake and the practicability of disposable mechanical products on special occasions.
