摘要
目的:对已发表的有关支气管哮喘影响因素的论文结果进行系统评价,了解支气管哮喘的危险因素及保护因素,为预防和治疗支气管哮喘提供依据。方法:检索所有有关支气管哮喘影响因素的病例对照研究的中英文文献,收集有关支气管哮喘影响因素的病例对照结果,采用Cochrane Revman 5.3软件对纳入的结果进行系统评价。结果:共纳入研究文献12篇,家族哮喘史、食物过敏史、药物过敏史、过敏性鼻炎史、慢性支气管炎史、吸烟史、住房装修、居住平房/筒子楼、室内油烟污染、床褥不晾晒、饲养宠物、接触粉尘、母乳喂养是支气管哮喘的相关因素。结论:家族哮喘史、食物过敏史、药物过敏史、过敏性鼻炎史、慢性支气管炎史、吸烟史、住房装修、居住平房/筒子楼、室内油烟污染、床褥不晾晒、饲养宠物、接触粉尘是支气管哮喘的危险因素,母乳喂养是保护因素。
Objective ： Systematic review of the results of the study on the influential factors of bronchial asthma, to understand the risk factors and protective factors of bronchial asthma, and to provide evidence for the prevention andtreatment of bronchial asthma. Methods ： Retrieval of all Chinese and English literature case control study about the influence factors of bronchial asthma, collecting case control results on the influence factors of bronchial asthma, Revman Cochran 5.3 software was used to evaluate the results. Results： A total of 12 literatures, family history of asthma, food allergy, drug allergy, a history of allergic rhinitis, history of chronic bronchitis, smoking history, housing decoration, residential cottage/tube-shaped apartment, indoor fume pollution, the mattress not drying, raising pets, contact dust, breast feeding are related factors for asthma. Conclusion ： Family history of asthma, food allergy, drug allergy, a history of allergic rhinitis, history of chronic bronchitis, smoking history, housing decoration, residential cottage/tube- shaped apartment, indoor fume pollution, the mattress not drying, raising pets, contact dust are risk factors for asthma, breast feeding is a protective factor.
