摘要
目的:分析艾灸治疗原发性骨质疏松症的选穴规律。方法:检索中国知网数据库,纳入国内公开发表的有关艾灸治疗原发性骨质疏松症的文献。运用excel2010及SPSS Clemetine12.0对文献中的选穴进行统计分析。结果:共纳入64篇文献,治疗方法频次统计依次为:单用艾灸或合并药物(34.38%)、针灸并用或合并药物(51.56%)、综合疗法(14.06%);施灸方法频次依次为:艾条灸(81.25%)、艾柱灸(14.06%)、温灸器灸(4.69%)。使用频次居前10的穴位分别为肾俞、足三里、脾俞、关元、绝骨、命门、太溪、大杼、三阴交、气海。穴位在经脉的分布依次为:膀胱经、督脉、任脉、胃经、胆经、肾经、脾经、肝经。关联规则显示主要的配伍有肾俞、太溪,肾俞、三阴交,肾俞、大杼,足三里、脾俞;聚类分析将主要腧穴分为3类:第1类:肾俞、脾俞、足三里;第2类:三阴交、太溪、关元、气海;第3类:命门、大杼、绝骨。结论:艾灸治疗骨质疏松症的腧穴注重特定穴的选用及配伍,遵循辨证选穴、循经选穴的原则,基础选方可为肾俞、脾俞、足三里。
Objective：To explore the therapy and acupoints selection rule of moxibustion on osteoporosis. Methods：We searchedCNKI databases for studies of moxibustion that involved for moxibustion on osteoporosis. And quantitative analysis was done by ap-plying excel2010 and SPSS Clemetine 12.0. Results ：64 papers were included. The results showed the therapies chosen by the clin-ical studies in the frequency order were pure moxibustion therapy or went with drugs （34.38%）, acupuncture and moxibustiontherapy or went with drugs （ 51.56% ）, and integrated therapy （ 14.06% ） ; the exact therapies were moxa stick moxibustion（81.25 % ） , moxibustion with moxa cone （ 14.06% ） , moxibustion with moxibustioner （4.69%） ;the acupoints ranked in 10 wereThe acupoints ranked in 10 were Shenshu （ BL23 ） , Zusanli （ ST36 ）, Pishu （ BL20 ） , Guanyuan （ CV4 ） , Juegu （ GB39 ）, Mingmen（GV4） , Taixi （ KI3 ） , Dazhu （ BL11 ）, Sanyinjiao （ SP6 ） , and Qihai （ CV6 ）. And they were clustered into 3 classes ： Shenshu（ BL23 ）, Pishu （ BI220 ） and Zusanli （ ST36 ） constituted the first class ; Sanyinjiao （ SP6 ）, Taixi （ KI3 ）, Guanyuan （ CV4 ） and Qihai（CV6） constituted the sencond class; Mingmen （GV4）, Dazhu （BL11 ） and Juegu （GB39） constituted the third class. The analysisrevealed that the most frequently used compatibility of acupoint were Shenshu（ BL23 ） with Taixi（ KI3 ）, Shenshu（ BL23 ） with Sa-nyinjiao （SP6） , Shenshu （ BL23 ） with Dazhu （ BL11 ） and Zusanli （ ST36 ） with Pishu （BL20）. All the acupoints involved 8 meridi-ans which in descending order were Bladder, Du, Ren, Stomach, Gallbladder, Kidney, Spleen, and Liver.
