详细介绍了某催裂化装置余热锅炉烟气侧高低温翅片管的在线清洗控制过程和清洗效果。通过采用严格的安全管理控制手段、合理的药剂配方和清洗工艺,有效地清除了翅片管外表面累积污垢,有效降低了烟气温度,使得脱硫脱硝模块正常投入使用,取得了良好的清洗效果。
This paper described high and low temperature finned in detail the on-line pipe on the flue gas safety management and control means, a reasonable cleaning control process and cleaning effect of the side of a pyrolysis boiler.Through the use of strict formula and cleaning process, effectively remove the outer surface of the finned pipe accumulation of dirt, effectively reducing the flue gas temperature, making the desulfurization and denitration module normal put into use, and achieved good cleaning effect.
