摘要
合金化是防止银变色的重要途径之一,利用显微金相分析、色度测试、硬度测试等手段研究镓的添加对银表面的抗变色性能以及表面硬度的影响。结果表明:在925银中加入镓后能够有效地提高银的抗变色性能,但由于镓的添加只能形成粗大的析出相,并不能提高合金的硬度,甚至会导致硬度下降。因此镓的添加量不宜超过0.5%(质量分数)。
Alloying is an important approach to prevent silver alloys from tarnishing.By means of metallographic analysis,color measurement and hardness test,the effect of the addition of gallium on the surface anti-tarnishing property of silver was studied.The results showed that the addition of 0.5%(mass fraction)gallium to the 925 silver can effectively improve the anti-tarnishing property of silver alloy,The addition of Ga will soft the alloy due to the formation of coarse precipitate.So Ga addition should not exceed 0.5%(mass fraction).
