摘要
随着经济发展对电力企业的电网技术要求不断提高,当前电力企业工程建设管理过程中工程质量、进度与设备生产管控作为项目管理控制的3大目标。项目物资管理是否妥善,是否达到工程建设的要求,不仅对工程建设进度,也对电网运行安全产生直接影响。物资管理是建设工程与电网运行必不可少的重要组成部分,是保障工程质量、以及工期和电网运行的直接因素。因此,电力企业的管理人员必须高度重视物资管理工作,通过电力物资的前瞻性管理和优化配置,在符合政策与管理技术的条件下,确保电力工程项目的顺利完工。
With the development of economic development,the technical reqmrements ol powe- - continuously improved,and in the current engineering construction management process of power enterprise , project quality, progress and equipment production are the three main goals of project management and control. Whether the project materials management is proper and meets the requirements of the project construction directly affects not only the construction progress,but also the operation safety of the power grid.Material management is not only an important combination part of construction engineering and power grid operation, but also a direct factor to ensure project quality,as well as the construction period and power grid operation. Therefore,the management personnel of electric power enterprise must attach great importance to the management of materials,and ensure the successful completion of the electric power project under the conditions of policy and management technology through the forward-looking management and optimization configuration of electric materials.
