摘要
直升机甲板平台承载海上人员起降、救生、逃生及货物转移功能,其结构安全性至关重要。以某平台为例,详细介绍了直升机甲板平台结构设计的不同形式及优缺点,并着重对比分析英国民用航空局CAP437规范、挪威船级社规范(DNV)和美国船级社规范(ABS)对直升机甲板结构强度设计要求的异同。之后设计出满足各主流规范的通用组合工况,并施加到模型中,采用SACS软件进行有限元强度分析和比较,来验证结构可靠性。该研究成果为后续直升机平台设计提供有力借鉴。
Helicopter platform played an essential role in ensuring safety of the offshore crew in respects of taking-off and landing, life-saving, escaping and freight transportation. A typical jack-up platform was taken as an example. Firstly,a detailed introduction of different types and the corresponding pros and cons of the helicopter platform structure was given. Secondly, a comparison was presented to find out the difference and similarity of the main- stream criteria and rules (CAP437, DNV rules, and ABS rules) relevant to helicopter platform. Then, a series of combination loading cases which generally satisfied the rules were designed and applied to model. SACS software was used for the finite element analysis and comparison. The results can provide reference for the forward design and optimization of helicopter platform.
