摘要
目的调查江苏省2012年和2014年老年人心理健康状况并分析其主要影响因素。方法对象为江苏省所辖13个市(不含县级市)的年龄在60周岁及以上的老年人,2012年2 733人,2014年2 988人。采用90项症状清单(SCL-90)作为评定工具。结果江苏省老年人的躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感性、抑郁和焦虑等因子得分显著高于全国平均水平(ts>3.31,Ps<0.01)。与2012年相比,在2014年的调查数据中,男性老年人的抑郁和焦虑因子得分显著增加;60~69周岁老年人的人际关系敏感性因子得分显著增加;苏南地区老年人的人际关系敏感性因子得分显著增加,苏北地区老年人人际关系敏感性因子得分显著降低。结论江苏省老年人的心理健康状况不容乐观,且有不良心理症状的老年人的比例呈上升趋势,地区经济和心理健康状况呈逆行关系。
Objective To explore the mental health of the elderly in Jiangsu province in 2012 and 2014,and analyze the main influence factors.Methods The old subjects from 13 cities（ excluding county-level cities） in Jiangsu province were 2 733 in 2012,2 988 in2014. Symptom Check List 90（ SCL-90） was used as the evaluation tool.Results The mean scores of somatic,obsession,interpersonal sensitivity,depression and anxiety were significantly higher than the national average（ ts 3. 31,Ps 0. 01）. Compared with data of 2012,in 2014,the scores of depression and anxiety of the elderly male were increased significantly; the scores of interpersonal sensitivity of people aged 60 ~ 69 years old were increased significantly; the scores of interpersonal sensitivity of the elderly in South of Jiangsu were increased significantly,and the scores of interpersonal sensitivity of the elderly in Northern Jiangsu were decreased significantly.Conclusions The mental health of the elderly in Jiangsu province is not optimistic,and the proportion of the elderly with poor mental symptoms is increasing. The regional economic was negatively correlative with mental health.
