摘要
为了实现工控机和多个变频器的组网,依据计算机控制理论,设计了一种基于RS-485总线通信协议的计算机控制系统。通过对旋转头的转速及扭矩的实验可得,在转速较小时100 r/min,电机的扭矩即可达到较大值-12 N·m,体现了电机较好的磨合程度与机械性能。研究结果还表明,该系统实现简单,通信可靠,具有网络化、智能化等功能,可被广泛使用于其他旋转头系统中。
In order to realize the networking of the industrial PC and multiple frequency converter, a kind of computer control system was designed based on the RS-485 bus communication protocol. Through the swirling head rotation speed and torque of the experiment, when the speed is 100 r/min, torque of the motor can achieve -12 N .m. The rusult reflects a better degree of motor grinding and mechanical performance. The results also show that the system is easy to implement, and reliable communication, network, intelligence and can be widely used in other swirling head system.
