摘要
采用直接测量固态导体内部磁场分布的方法 ,建立了涡流实际渗透深度的数学模型。研究结果表明 :实际渗透深度除与导体的电导率、磁导率以及测试频率有关外 ,还与线圈的形状及激励磁场有关 ,首次提出了它们之间的数学模型。
This paper presents the method to establish the mathematics model of the true penetration depth(TPD)of eddy current by directly measuring the distribution of interior magnetic field inside solid conductor.The research results indicate that TPD is relevant to the shape of coils and stimulating magnetic field in addition to the electrical conductivity and magnetic permeability of conductor as well as the testing frequency.This paper produces the mathematics model to describe the relationship among those factors.The model is expected to provide a reliable criteria for measuring the TDP of eddy current inside solid conductor.
