纳米材料修饰ITO电极的皮电传感器研究

摘要 针对人体皮电反应肌电信号幅度小、信噪比低、准确获取困难的问题,利用掺Sn的In_2O_3(ITO)膜作为氧化铟锡(ITO)电极,表面吸附一层铜锌掺杂Z型锶钴铁氧体Sr_3(CuZn)_xCo_(2(1-x))Fe_(24)O_(41)(x=0.3)作为电子介体制作一种新型的皮电传感器,可以有效地收集到人体皮电反应时的肌电信号。通过伏安法对传感器的性能研究,结果表明:传感器对皮肤肌电信号具有明显的电化学活性,线性范围为-0.2μV^0.2μV,在SnO_2∶In_2O_3=1∶9的情况下,检测限为0.09μV/s(R=0.236 5)。该传感器制备简单、经济实用,具有良好的准确性、灵敏度及抗干扰能力。 Aiming at the problems of small amplitude, low SNR and difficuh to obtain accurate the GSR (Galvanic Skin Response)of human skin, indium tin oxide(ITO) electrode was used as In203( 1TO )film doped with Sn, the Z type strontium cobalt ferrite Sr3(CuZn)xCO2(1-x)Fe24041(x = 0.3)surface adsorption layer of copper and zinc that was used as an electron mediator to make a new type of GSR sensor, enables efficiently to capture the GSR signal. The performance of the sensor was studied by vohammetry, the experimental result indicated that the sensor has obvious electrochemical activity on the skin, and the linear range is -0.2 μV-0.2 μV, under certain SnO2 :In203 = 1:9 conditions, the detection limit is 0.09 μV/s (R = 0.236 5). The sensor has the preparation of simple, economical and practical, good accuracy, sensitivity and anti-interference ability.
