摘要
目的:观察中药缩宫合剂联合西药米非司酮、米索前列醇治疗稽留流产的临床疗效。方法:将60例住院治疗的稽留流产患者随机分为2组各30例。对照组予米非司酮联合米索前列醇药物流产;治疗组在此基础上予米索前列醇用药当天开始服用中药缩宫合剂,日1剂,连续治疗10 d。观察两组流产情况、治疗后阴道出血时间和月经恢复天数及出现的药物不良反应。结果:对照组流产疗效的总有效率为93.3%,治疗组为96.7%,两组流产疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组阴道出血时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05);治疗组月经恢复情况快于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均未出现严重不良反应。结论:缩宫合剂联合西药米非司酮、米索前列醇治疗稽留流产疗效确切,可缩短阴道出血时间,促进月经恢复,不良反应少。
Objective：To observe clinical curative effect of Suogong mixture combined mifepristone and misoprostol on missed abortion. Methods：60 cases of missed abortion were randomly divided into 2 groups（30 cases each）. The patients in control group were treated with mifepristone combined misoprostol;the patients in treatment group were treated with mifepristone,misoprostol and Suogong mixture. The spontaneous abortion,time of vaginal bleeding and menstruation recovery,adverse reactions were observed. Results：Total effective rate of control group（93.3%）was lower than that of treatment group（96.7%）. But there was no statistical significance between two groups of abortion efficacy（P 0.05）.The time of vaginal bleeding and menstrual recovery in treatment group was obviously shorter than that of control group（P0.05）. No severe adverse reactions were found in two groups. Conclusion：Suogong mixture combined with mifepristone and misoprostol is effective to missed abortion,it can shorten the bleeding time,promote the menstrual recovery,less adverse reaction.
