摘要
近年来,移动用户数量和移动数据业务迅猛增长。移动运营商通过增加移动新业务,实现了从过去提供单一服务向提供多样化服务转变。在此背景下,为实现对用户的差异化服务,改进LTE网络服务质量保障机制,以期提高LTE网络服务质量的水平。具体地,概述服务驱动下LTE的QoS机制,通过研究EPS承载机制,重点分析QoS策略控制能力,同时研究PCRF PCC规则的生成机制,详述PCRF生成PCC规则所需的参数。
In recent years, the mobile users and mobile data services grow rapidly. By increasing mobile new services, mobile operators have a single service in the past to providing diversified services. In this context, the realization of differentiated service to the users and the improvement on Qos guarantee mechanism of LTE network are done, thus expecting to raise the Qos level of LTE network. Specifically, the QoS mechanism for service-driven LTE is overviewed, and based on the study of EPS loading mechanism, the control ability of QoS strategy is emphatically analyzed. Meanwhile, the generation mechanism of PCRF PCC rules is discussed, and the parameters required for PCRF to generate PCC rules also described in detail.
