摘要
目的:分析子宫内膜癌的三维能量超声诊断价值。方法:选择2013年2月-2016年7月于我院经手术病理确诊的80例子宫内膜病变患者临床资料,均受检于三维能量超声,观察并对比患者血管参数。结果:良性患者的PSV、PI、RI值均高过恶性,VI值比恶性患者低(P<0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期的PSV、PI及RI值对比无统计差异(P>0.05),Ⅲ期VI值均比Ⅰ、Ⅱ期高,呈递增趋势(P<0.05);淋巴结转移的RI值比淋巴结未转移低,VI值比淋巴结未转移患者高(P<0.05)。结论:子宫内膜癌的三维能量超声诊断可量化血管分布,有助于鉴别病变良、恶性质,为术前评估癌分期提供参考依据,临床价值高。
Purpose: To evaluate the diagnostic value of three-dimensional energy ultrasound in endometrial carcinoma. Materials and Methods: From February 2013 to July 2016 in our hospital,80 patients with endometriosis diagnosed by operation and pathology were examined by three-dimensional energy ultrasound. The vascular parameters of the patients were observed and compared. Results: The PSV,PI and RI in patients with benign disease were higher than those in malignant ones( P 〈 0. 05). There was no significant difference in PSV,PI and RI between Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ( P 〉 0. 05). The RI of lymph node metastasis was lower than that of lymph node metastasis( P 〈 0. 05),but the VI value was higher than that of lymph node metastasis group( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: The study showed that the three-dimensional energy ultrasound diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma could quantify the vascular distribution,which could help to distinguish benign and malignant lesions. It could be used as a reference for preoperative evaluation of tumor staging and which has high clinical value.
