流感病毒感染的免疫和分子诊断技术进展

摘要 流行性感冒一直是公众健康的重大威胁。早期准确诊断对迅速实施抗病毒治疗以减少流感相关的发病率及社区播散尤为重要。流感病毒感染目前可用的诊断技术包括病毒分离培养、免疫学测定和基于核酸的检测方法等。一些正在开发的新的检测方法显示出相对于既有方法的优势。笔者主要综述人流感病毒感染的免疫学和分子生物学检测技术新进展。 Influenza has been a major threat to public health. Early and accurate diagnosis is critical for rapid administration of antiviral therapy to reduce influenza-related morbidity and its spread in the community. Currently available approaches for diagnosis of influenza infections include virus isolation,immunological assays,nucleic acid-based tests,etc. Some novel detection methods are being developed,which show advantages over the existing detection methods. This article reviews the advances of immunology and molecular biology techniques for diagnosis of influenza virus infections in human.
