摘要
证候类中药新药的开发引起业界的广泛关注,但其研究却始终未能突破瓶颈。本文从研究模式、临床定位、证候选择、疗效评价等方面探讨证候类中药新药的临床研究,并提出了基于"治未病"的证候类中药新药的临床研究思路。
Developing new drugs of syndrome TCM has drawn nationwide attention from the pharmaceutical industry. However, the clinical research, which seems like a bottleneck, has not been broken yet. This article points out four potential approaches to the clinical study on this new type of TCM development, including the study method, the research target, the syndrome designation and the evaluation of efficaey. And strategies of new drugs of syndrome traditional Chinese medicine based on ＂preventive treatment of disease＂ has been put forward.
