摘要
“亮条”缺陷是铝合金型材表面的主要缺陷之一。从模具材质、模具表面处理方式、模具设计、铸锭质量、挤压工艺等方面剖析了“亮条”缺陷产生的原因,并提出了相应的预防措施。
The bright streaks are main defects of aluminium profile surfaces.The causes of bright streaks are analyzed from the die materials,die surface strengthen methods,die designing,ingot quality and extrusion technics.The preventive methods of bright steaks are introduced.
