摘要
2017年7、8月荷兰、德国下架了一批鸡蛋,主要是因为荷兰食品安全部门在鸡蛋中检测出高浓度的杀虫剂氟虫腈。氟虫腈是一种苯基吡唑类杀虫剂,被广泛应用于农作物杀虫、保护动物健康等用途。本文简单介绍该化合物的基本性质和已有的毒理学资料。
In July/August 2017, millions of eggs have being recalled from shops and warehouses in Germany and the Netherlands after some were found containing high levels of fipronil. Fipronil is a phenylpyrazole insecticide, used as the active ingredient in field pest control for corn as well as animal heahhcare. This article summarized the typical characteristics and toxicological data of fipronil.
