摘要
对大规格高碳钢线材因心部组织缺陷的存在而不能保证具有优良拉拔性能的问题进行了讨论 ,认为引起高碳线材心部组织缺陷的主要因素在于连铸坯存在中心偏析 ,指出采用M EMS +F EMS组合电磁搅拌对改善铸坯中心偏析。
To discuss the problem that large-size high-carbon wire rod can't guarantee fine drawing properties because of defects existing in center structure.The center segregation of the billet is the main factor to cause those defects.It's pointed out that the combined M-EMS+F-EMS electromagnetic stirring can effectively improve billet center segregation and comprehensive properties of large-size high-carbon wire rod.
