摘要
实行教学评价是高校提高教师教育水平和学生素质以促进师生共同发展的重要举措。本文概述了教学评价的现状,从评价主体、评价类型、评价方法、评价功能方面探析教学评价的发展趋势。在此基础上主张教学评价应以学生为中心,关注学生在教学评价中的情感因素和个体差异性,期待为教学评价的发展提供理论基础。
Teaching evaluation is an important way that can increase teachers'teaching ability and students'quality to promote their common development. This paper summarized the current situation of teaching evaluation and explored the developing trend of teaching evaluation in four aspects, such as subject of evaluation, evaluation type, evaluation method, and evaluation function. On the base of fully understanding of teaching evaluation, we claim that students were the central role in teaching evaluation. We should pay close attention to emotional factors and individual differences, and look forward to provide theoretical basis for the development of teaching evaluation.
