摘要
为满足大直径高强度矿用钢丝绳制绳用钢丝的要求 ,对其所用原料的选择、拉拔工艺的制订进行探讨。分析冷却方式对钢丝拉拔性能的影响 ,通过实际生产对比 ,认为S82钢盘条能满足大直径高强度矿用钢丝绳材料的要求 ;在生产中要获得强度高、韧性好的粗直径高强钢丝 。
In order to meet the needs of steel wire for mine wire rope with coarse diameter and high strength,the selection of raw materials and the formulation of drawing process are inquired into.The effect of cooling type on drawing property is analyzed.It is considered by practical production comparision that S82 wire rod can meet the needs of materials for mine rope with coarse diameter and high strength and that it's the best way to cool steel wire with water directly in drawing to get coarse diameter wire with high strength and good toughness.
