摘要
本文报导了1,2,3-三氯丙烷与二甲胺在相转移催化剂存在下,发生取代-消去反应得到N,N-二甲基-2-氯烯丙胺的反应条件。发现碱的浓度、碱的用量、反应时间及相转移催化剂的存在对反应影响较大。产率最高达71.1%。
This paper reports study on the Substitution-Elimination reactions of 1, 2, 3-trichloropropane with dimethylamine. The paper reviews the effects of the phase transfer catalysts、base、temperature、time in the reaction. The reaction at 55±2℃、4h、in the presence of a phase transfer catalyst and base gives 71.1% N, N-dimethyl-2-chloro-allyamine.
