摘要
在梳理与论题相关的社会创新、企业社会创新和社会企业商业模式等理论的基础上,以杭州携职大学生求职旅社为个案,运用奥特斯瓦德的商业模式画布分析和评价携职商业模式,提出该模式存在的问题以及企业社会创新普遍问题的解决策略。政府要完善相关法律法规以营造良好的企业社会创新政策环境,提高社会企业在创立初期的资金扶持、政策优惠力度。企业自身也要充分整合内外部资源,适时适宜地拓展业务,增加更多的价值增长点,围绕社会创新初衷提高产品质量和客户满意度,加强人才培养,提高管理水平。
Based on reviewing the theories of the related topics in social innovation,enterprise social innovation and social enterprise business model,this paper takes Hangzhou Xie Zhi college students hostel as an example,and uses the business model canvas of Oster Wader to analyze the Xie Zhi business model. It raises the problems of the Xie Zhi business model and proposes solutions to the general social innovation problem. The government should improve the relevant laws and regulations to create a favorable enterprise innovation policy environment,and improve the financial support and policy concession in the early days of the establishment of the entities. Enterprises themselves should fully integrate internal and external resources to timely and appropriately expand the business,increase the value growth point,and around the original intention of the social innovation to improve product quality and customer satisfaction,strengthen staff training and improve management standard.
