摘要
随着肉品中毒事件的不断出现,肉品安全问题越来越受到人们的重视。西马特罗作为一种违禁药物,在畜牧业中的非法使用,会导致严重的后果,严重会导致人员伤亡。因此,加强肉品生产过程中违禁药物西马特罗非法使用的监控,具有十分重要的现实意义。本文对西马特罗的研究进展做了总结综述,主要包括西马特罗作用和危害,以及检测方法研究进展,并提出了防控肉品中西马特罗的措施,以期为在畜牧业肉品生产过程中加强西马特罗非法使用的监测提供技术支持,并为国家相关执法部门的监控提供理论依据和指导,保证广大消费者肉品食用安全。
With the growing events of meat poisoning, people pay more and more attention to the meat safety problem. The illegal use of cimaterol as a kind of illicit drugs in animal husbandry can lead to serious consequences and even loss of life, so it is very important to strengthen the monitoring of cimaterol. This paper summarized the research progress of cimaterol, including the effects and hazards of cimaterol and the research progress of its detection methods, and put forward the measures for prevention and control of cimaterol in meat production. This paper can provide technical support for the monitoring of the illegal use of cimaterol in the process of livestock and theoretical basis and guidance for the monitoring of the relevant national law enforcement departments, and ensure the meat safety for consumers.
