摘要
荧光碳量子点探针是荧光检测领域新兴的分析手段,Cu^(2+)可以特异性的结合碳量子点修饰纳米硅胶中的-(CH_2)_3-NH-(CH_2)_2-NH-C=O-基团,并使其发生荧光猝灭,根据这一原理实现SiO_2@CDs对足银饰品中铜的定量分析,实验优化了条件并评价了方法的分析性能。研究结果表明:该方法的标准曲线线性范围为0~25μg/m L,检出限为0.009 6μg/m L,相关系数为0.998 6;样品测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.056%~0.079%,加入标准物质回收率为98.2%~106.2%,与国家标准方法测定足银饰品中铜量的结果相近。该方法选择性高、灵敏度高,简便快速,为贵金属饰品中杂质元素的检测方法提供了新思路。
Fluorescent carbon quantum dot probe has become new analytical method in the field of fluorescence detection. - ( CH2 ) 3 - NH - ( CH2 ) 2 - NH - C = 0 - group in the organosilicon-modified carbon quantumdots can be specifically bound to the Cu^2+ and subjected to fluorescence quenching. According to this principle, the quantitative a-nalysis of copper in the fine silver ornaments by Si02@ CDs is achieved. The experimental conditions are optimized and the analytical performance of the method is evaluated. The results show that the standard working curve is linear in the range of 0 - 25 ( μg/mL with a detecting limit of 0. 009 6 ( μg/mL and the correlation coefficient 0. 998 6 ; the rela-tive standard deviation of synthetic samples ranges 0. 056 % -0. 079 % ,the recovery rate with standard substance ad-dition is in the range of 98.2 % - 106. 2 % . The copper content in fine silver ornaments determined is similar to that determined by the national standard methods. The method has the characteristics of high selectivity, high sensitivity and being simple and quick, providing new concept for detection of impurity element in precious metal ornaments.
