摘要
为研究高原环境对离心压气机性能及流动特性影响,基于NUMECA三维计算流体力学仿真软件,针对高原环境下车用柴油机离心压气机叶轮性能及流动特性进行数值模拟。结果表明:同平原相比,海拔5 500 m条件下压气机最大压比下降2.09%、最高效率下降2.45%、压气机工作裕度减小11.35%;近堵塞工况下叶轮出口处,叶顶附近压比接近1,几乎失去增压能力,90%叶高效率较10%叶高效率降低幅度相比平原多5.75%。
To study the influence of plateau environment on performance and flow characteristic of centrifugal compressor, the paper conducts numerical simulation on impeller performance and flow characteristic of diesel engine centrifugal compressor in plateau environment with NUMECA software. The result shows that: comparing with the plain, the compressor pressure ratio decreased by 2. 09% , the efficiency decreased by 2. 45% , and the compressor operating margin decreased by 11.35% at altitude of 5 500 m; the pressure ratio was close to 1 at the top of the blade in condition of stoppage and it al-most lost boosting capability, and the decreasing amplitude of 90% blade height efficiency was 5. 75% bigger than that of 10% blade height in plain.
