摘要
以2012-2016年珠三角高职院校毕业生人数、就业率为基点,采用定量和定性分析相结合,立足于探讨珠三角高职院校专业设置与产业技能人才的互动关系,在分析珠三角高职院校专业设置现状、产业技能人才需求及专业设置与产业技能人才需求的拟合度等基础上,探索了以珠三角产业从业人员为自变量、高职院校专业设置为因变量的预测方法,并提出优化珠三角高职院校专业设置的建议。
Based on the number and the employment rate of high technical institute graduates from 2012 to 2016 in Pearl River Delta, the study adopts the qualitative and quantitative method to explore the relationship of industry skilled talents and high technical institutes specialties. According to the relation and fitness between specialty planning in high technical institutes and industrial demands for technical talents, taking the number of employees as independent variable and higher vocational specialties as dependent variable, some suggestions are put forward on optimizing specialty planning in higher technical institutes in Pearl River Delta.
