摘要
为探索柔性织物键盘开关的疲劳性能,依据其组织结构,使用Pro/E 5.0建立了柔性织物键盘开关的几何模型,结合实际的材料属性,利用ANSYS Workbench 15.0的静态结构模块对柔性织物键盘开关的疲劳寿命进行模拟仿真,得出柔性织物键盘开关在疲劳损伤过程中的受力分布及疲劳性能,并使用复合材料精密寿命测试仪测试柔性织物键盘开关试样的寿命,对仿真结果进行实验验证.结果表明:柔性织物键盘开关的疲劳损伤主要出现在经纱中心区域,有限元模拟得到的寿命为37 927次,而实验测试得到的最佳寿命为30 000次左右,两者具有较好的一致性,从而验证了本文模型的有效性,可为柔性织物键盘开关的改进和应用提供指导.
In order to explore the fatigue properties of flexible fabric keyboard switches, according to its organizational structure, the geometric model of flexible fabric keyboard switch was established by using Pro/E 5.0. Based on the actual material properties, the fatigue life of the flexible fabric keyboard switch was simulated by the static structure module of ANSYS Workbench 15.0, and the stress distribution and fatigue property of flexible fabric keyboard switch during fatigue damage were obtained. The fatigue life of flexible fabric keyboard switch is measured by using composite precision life tester, and the simulation result was verified by the experiment. The result shows that the fatigue damage of fexilde fabric keyboard switch mainly appears in the center of warp yarn. The life simulated by finite element is 37 927 times, and the experimental life of the test is about 30 000 times. The good agreement between the FEM results and experimental results proves the validity of the model. This provides guidance for the improvement and application of flexible fabric keyboard switch
