摘要
配电网中性点广泛采用非有效接地方式,且单相接地等故障的特征量微弱,因此一直缺乏有效可靠的故障选线和定位方法。针对此,通过对故障发生全过程中零序电流特征的分析,定义相邻检测点的零序电流标准化偏移度,提出基于广域测量的故障区段定位方法;结合广域测量系统下采集数据的准确性和快速性,采用故障发生及补偿装置动作全过程的零序电流波形标准化偏移度进行故障区段定位;最后,通过在PSCAD/EMTDC软件上搭建仿真模型,结合具体案例验证所提方法的可行性和可靠性。
Due to the wide adoption of non-effective grounding mode for neutral point of power distribution network and weak characteristic quantities of faults such as single-phase grounding, there are short of effective and reliable methods for fault line selection and fault positioning. Therefore, this paper analyzes characteristic of zero sequence current in the overall process of fault, defines standard deviation degree of zero sequence current of adjacent detection points and presents a posi-tioning method for fault section based on wide area measurement system (WAMS). By combining accuracy and rapidity of collecting data under the WAMS, it uses standard deviation degree of zero sequence current wave in the overall process of fault happening and action of the compensation device to locate the fault section. Finally, simulation on PSCAD/EMTDC verifies the feasibility and reliability of the proposed method.
