摘要
二氧化硅气凝胶薄膜是一种应用广泛的功能材料。本文采用sol gel技术和dip coating镀膜工艺 ,在玻璃表面上形成了SiO2 气凝胶薄膜 ,对SiO2 膜层进行表面修饰处理 ,得到了疏水型SiO2 气凝胶薄膜。研究了催化剂与老化过程对薄膜物性的影响。结果表明 :该疏水膜能使玻璃表面与水的接触角由5 0°提高至 12 5° 。
Silica aerogel film is a kind of functional material which has an abroad foreground of applications. In this paper, we report a method to obtain hydrophobic silica aerogel films in which the films were deposited on glass substrates using sol gel process and dip coating combined with surface modification. Catalyzer and aging process were also studied to improve hydrophobic property. The experimental results show that the thickness of the coating was about 300nm, its refractive index was 1.14, and that the contact angle of modified silica aerogel films reaches 125 degree, which indicates they have an excellent hydrophobic property.
