结肠癌患者营养知识知晓状况及营养干预效果研究 被引量:23

摘要 目的:探讨结肠癌患者营养知识知晓状况及营养干预效果。方法:2015年1月~2016年12月应用自行设计的"结肠癌患者营养知识调查问卷"对120例结肠癌患者营养知识知晓情况进行调查,并对影响结肠癌患者营养知识知晓率相关因素进行分析,同时对患者实施营养风险干预,比较两组患者干预前后营养状况变化情况。结果:120例结肠癌患者营养知识知晓率为56.67%,经单因素分析可知,影响结肠癌患者营养知识知晓率相关因素包括患者年龄、学历、职业、经济状况、病情、地区、饮食喜好是否接受过营养宣教。经Logistic多因素分析,年龄>60岁、学历为初中或以下、经济状况<3000元/月、居住地在农村是影响结肠癌患者营养知识知晓率的危险因素,而接受过营养宣教是结肠癌患者营养知识知晓率的保护因素。患者经营养干预后营养知识知晓率较干预前明显提高(P<0.05),患者营养不良发生率较干预前明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:结肠癌患者营养知识知晓率较低,影响患者营养知识知晓率因素包括年龄、学历、经济状况及居住地在农村,医护人员应根据结肠癌患者实际情况对其进行营养干预,以提高患者营养知识知晓率,降低营养不良的发生率。 Objective: To discuss the knowledge of colon cancer patients about nutrition and the effect of nutrition intervention. Methods: The self-made ' questionnaire on nutrition knowledge of colon cancer patients' was used to investigate 120 colon cancer patients on nutrition knowledge from January 2015 to December 2016,and relevant factors affecting the nutrition knowledge of colon cancer patients were analyzed. Meanwhile,nutrition intervention risk was implemented for the patients,and patients in the two groups were compared in change of nutrition condition before and after intervention. Results: The 120 colon cancer patients had a nutrition knowledge rate of 56. 67%. Upon single-factor analysis,relevant factors affecting the colon cancer patients' nutrition knowledge rate included age,education background,occupation,economic condition,disease condition,region,diet preference and whether they have received nutrition publicity and education. Upon Logistic multi-factor analysis,age > 60 years old,education background of junior middle school or below,income < RMB 300 yuan/month and living in rural areas were the hazardous factors affecting the colon cancer patients' nutrition knowledge rate,while receiving nutrition publicity and education was a protective factor of colon cancer patients' nutrition knowledge. After nutrition intervention,the patients' nutrition knowledge rate was significantly improved compared with that before intervention( P < 0. 05),and the incidence rate of malnutrition was decreased significantly compared with that before intervention( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The colon cancer patients had a low nutrition knowledge rate,the factors affecting the patients' nutrition knowledge rate included age,education background,economic condition and living in rural areas. Medical personnel should conduct nutrition implementation to the colon cancer patients according to their actual condition,so as to improve the patients' nutrition knowledge rate and reduce the incidence rate of malnutrition.
